the HoooooF.

So.. funny story. If you didn't know Last weekend up here was thanksgiving. Yeah, no worries I didn't know either.
I have a few friends here that are from a little town called Vanderhoof. When I say little I mean TINY. You could take one picture and the entire town would be able to fit in it. Wallet size.
Anways..
So My friends Tiff and Kayla are from there and a few weeks ago they were all talking about what they were going to be doing for thanksgiving and I was so confused at why they were planning it when in my head I was thinkin that it was in November right? So then they were saying how they were going to go home to "the hoof" for the weekend and just hang out. So they told me to come with them and so I was like yeah, no problem. So then its the thursday before thanksgiving and they text me and are like.. "so your coming with us tonight right?" and I was soooo confused. I had totally forgot that thanksgiving was in October up here instead of November. So I managed to get the days off work.. I have like the craziest luck in the world because everyone and there dog asked for it off. So I got it off and like a half hour before they were leaving I was still at work getting people to cover my shifts.. BUT I did it, they came and got me and we were offf.

So.. we left thursday at about 7:40 ish at night. Got to there house at about 3:45 ish..Yeah crazy late. So We had some goodtimes. It was a really fun thanksgiving. Horse back riding, Four wheelin, Playing Redic games, getting wood, sitting on the roof and watchin the stars, eat more than a normal person should. It was fer sure a winner. ..

haha glenn got pulled over for speeding. I was sleeping then all the sudden he slams on his breaks and I hear "ssshhhiiii---OOOOOOTT!" The cop was nice and instead of saying we were going 37 over he only said 25. what a nice guy.

he still had to pay 325 big ones. sucker.

I don't really have anything exciting to write on this blog anymore.. I always read other blogs and they are so deep and passionate and interesting to read.. then you click on mine and its just a bunch of randoms.. lol you either love it or you hate it..whatevs.... so sorry It's been such a boring read.

this is what happened in the last two weeks.

--I have been busy working.
--Made some new friends.. There pretty neat. Tiffers and Kayla. winners.
--Hung out with the cousins.good times.
--My friends appendix burst.`Went and chilled at the hospital.
--Some strangers when walking through the house when I was home alone taking a bath. (that was a winner)
--popped my hip out of its place hardcore. Stupid rockband.
--Got locked out of the house.. (I found my keys today woo.)
--Got killed at bowling.. no word of a lie. They kicked my trash.
--And my creep-o Neighbor is everywhere I go.no joke. EVERYWHERE. sick.
--Saved an African Child by buying a Blizzard at DQ. holler back.




Pretty good couple of weeks I think. Its getting pretty chilly up here already. It sucks, I wake up everday just praying that it did not dump snow on me in the night. I'm such a chiken.. I'm not ready for the snow.. So right now I'm definitely all for Global Warming! haha

I know that in all my posts on here I look like I'm just having the time of my life! Don't get me wrong.. I love it up here. It just that all great things have there bad days. Not going to lie, this week has been brutal. Feeling pretty alone and lost this last week. I miss the fam, and the familiar "utah" I grew up in. I have had some rough couple of days. It's hard to understand.. it may seem easy to just up and move when I was so happy about it. But it's also really hard at the same time. I definitely under estimated that. Don't worry though I have some amazing friends up here. And appreciate Karen letting me stay here too! It's goodtimes. Just a bad week that will get better!

Utahhh

It was good to go to Utah.. little bit weird to visit. I'll be honest. I didn't like it.

no offence.
It was just awkward to go down there and know I was leaving in a week. It was a little stressful, and scary. Alot was going on with everyone.. a little fast forward and crazy. I didn't like that feeling at all. Next time I go down I'm hoping will be a little bit better.


however...


I do miss...

The Fam.
I do miss the fam.. we had some goodtimes in the house. Got to create some of that awesomeness while I was down there. we pretty much rock. Let's be honest.

Love this kid to death. I'll be honest I want to strangle him somtimes and slap him silly! But he is my other half.. I'm the better half though..just sayin. He is the bigger half though haha.. kidding den. I love you. And your large-ness. :D

ahh.. Brae. It was soo good to see you. I missed you so much when you were away. Your awesome.. I'll admit it was a little awkward seeing you at first. I didn't know if It would be weird for you to hug yet or not.. so I tried to keep my distance.. Play it safe. I really wanted to dog pile you when I got home..try to hold back all my happy tears... Your the best big brother ever. I know we only got to chill for a few days but it was great! I miss you everyday. But.. we both know you'll move up here eventually. Let's be honest all the cool people do it. I love you so much!

DEE--FENCE!

Had another first-timer!
So.. I went to my very first Edmonton Eskimos game last night! It was way fun! I went with one of pals Skyler. We had a blast! I actually understand football now!
Holler.
Although, in Utah football is alot bigger, and alot more people go... Canadians sure get drunk up here! haha the guys in front of us were hammered! Whenever we would score they would jump up.. half the beer comes out of the plastic cup they paid 30 dollars for, and it would splash us. Then they turn around and give high fives like its the coolest thing in town! haha it was good times for sure!







so Apparently.. this is legal?



haha... so we had seats clear out in Egypt! So we kept trying to get this kid to come up and give us food.. but he would look at us.. and think about coming up.. look at the stairs then pray that someone else would hurry and call him over. haha. We finally just went to him. haha.




So all in all it was a fun night.. nothing like going home smelling like beer and having hardly a voice.

So... Last night I went with some of my radical friends to Dairy Queen. I have never been there.. I know total loser right? So I went and I had my very first Blizzard! So we caught this wonderful moment on the Kodak.
